Project Manager
Job description :
  • Participate in the elaboration of bids
  • Act as the onsite Project Manager
  • Review contracts, purchase orders, etc
  • Oversee and control project schedules and timelines
  • Budget management
  • Respect contractual obligations and procedures
  • Project follow-up with clients and main participants (sub-contractors, company personnel, etc)
  • Identification of potential risks and cost over runs. Provide solutions to the problems encountered
  • Responsible for the entirety of technical specification documents (quality control, delays, non-conformity, supplemental work, contract discrepancies and modifications, final reports, etc.)
  • Preparation of documents required for billing clients
  • Management of various trades people on site


Job requirements :
  • College or university degree in electrical engineering
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Experience on site, in hydro-electric or thermal power stations is a plus
  • Travel requirements (approximately 70% of the time)
  • Experience writing technical documents (bids, reports, procedures, etc.) is an advantage
  • Bilingualism
